Resizing pics help

I have some pics that i need to post and email , problem is the pics are 2.2mb each.and to big to email or post on the site i need....tried picasa and quicktime..cant get them smaller....help?????????

Open them in MS Paint & use the Stretch\Skew feature.

Try cutting them down to 50% of their current size.

Putting them on photobucket and then resizing there may work as well

Thx guys........ui would think "resize" would be a better title than stretch/skew but wat do i know...lol
my daughter kept telling me i could do it in paint but trying stretch just never crossed my mind.........worked perfectly thanxxxxxxx:103631605

If you have the pics in a folder (ie: you can see the small thumbnails) just highlight the ones you want to send and right mouse click and select "send to" then "mail recipient"

Windows gives you the option of making the files smaller (much better for email) and will do it automatically without the pain in the butt of having to resize each photo one by one. You can send 10-15 photos with confidence that it won't cause grief to the person on the other end of the email.

If you're just looking to post them - do the same process but email them to yourself (always remember to select smaller as the options - its set like that to default anyway) - you'll then get an email with all the photos a nice presentable small size.
